| more about sarah |
Sarah was raised in one of the oldest towns in America, the port town of Annapolis, Md. In childhood, music was a ship and Sarah was a stow-away, seeking escape and adventure. Her songs are both political and sensual. Her singing and lyric writing has been compared to Rickie Lee Jones and Lucinda Williams. Her musical arrangements harkin diverse influences of traditional jazz, underground pop, and artsy/outspoken rock.

| Bio |
Sarah's passion to be a musician exploded 7 years ago, when she played her first open mic and felt the rush of attention for her emotional, soaring performance of her favorite John Prine tune "Angels From Montgomery." Since then, Sarah's songs and style have evolved into a unique mixture that is as soulful and intimate as it is edgy and political.
